Anyone currently using REBO gateway? 

I believe that will be by gateway, and I'd love to get some feedback on how lucrative it can be and what types things I should be focusing on more as I start this project journey.

Hi @Spencer WagnerThe draw to the Queen Creek market is it's proximity to the Mesa Gateway airport and it's affordability compared to the traditional areas for short term rentals like Scottsdale, Tempe, and Central Phoenix. 

If you want the Napa County feel, but want to be able to do short-term rentals, I have a property under contract in Solano County's Gateway to Napa, just 15 minutes from the Wine Train.

Gateway cities are tough to cashflow.
