It is fun to learn about though for sure.

Typically play to balance fresh design with budget is to source new doors and paint the boxes to match.  

I have six kids, lots of fun having them, but the real work comes in raising them.

Yes, I was very fortunate I was properly and like some folks make fun of me for-- over insured.

We really need to account for and highlight the fact that there are more expenses than just PITI and equity is a fun number but it really doesn't have any true value until we tap into it.

My motel was down about 60 percent in 2020 and that helped but it is never fun to right that check to my partner that never did a thing.

It’s a small single family three bedroom one bathroom unit, I bought it for cheap and plan on renting on the higher scale by making minor improvements such as flooring, fresh paints and of course new kitchen and bathroom
