Unless I think I can time the market, I am going to keep deploying my cash in something better than that.I am also bearish on treasuries, which I think will generally see yields rise (and values decline) on anything with longer maturities (yield curve normalization and long term downward pressure on the ratings/"safety" of US gov't debt).

The thought of making that a 25 year commitment instead gave me a slight feeling of safety so right away I started paying an extra $100 in principle to my mortgage every month.

Regional hospital in Denison, Two huge casinos in Oklahoma and a number of smaller ones, Four TI chip plants under construction, and they already have a plant there now, but not sure what it makes, Tyson foods factory (I think chicken), airport that I would think gets some cargo service (but no passenger service yet).
