If you buy inner city, you couldn't find a street without criminals of some sort or flavor on it.  

So she constantly bakes wonderful fattening concoctions that she drops off @ the property I am rehabbing.Yesterday it was 12 cream puffs stuffed with a brandy flavored custard prior to that it was cakes, soups etc etc. 

This is a new flavor of the same leverage debate that has been had in BP at least 100 times.

You should also be aware, @Richard Villandry , that every group is different, has its own flavor, rules, fees or no-fees, memberships or no-memberships, and experience level of the attendees.  

I suggest you follow your attorney's advice, they should know the local flavor of the month in their area, no one here knows more about your area than s/he does. :)
