@Jarrod English I've heard of a few people that have done something like this, generally they just become property managers like @Andrew Linderer said.I don't see any advantage in doing this instead of lease options.

Show some respect, and perhaps enroll in community college to brush up on your English grammar and writing skills. 

The current tenants don't speak english and my Spanish isn't too good.

The English language is complicated enough with its seven different meanings for every word, without taking into account of how these change every couple decades.If someone referred to me as a “hack” I’m not sure what exactly they would mean, though it does still have a ting of a negative connotation.

You may want to make sure they speak English, it runs and if they have keys.
