How many will end up buying, who knows...but these things are pretty fantastic in my opinion.

Crime and homelessness in the areas where you could get more cash flow is still pretty high - which is a bummer.

You only want to file a claim if it's much greater than deductible or your rates shoot up pretty quickly. 

The good thing about CA, is once you do source a deal, you are pretty much set.

You must be pretty good friends - most veterans (including myself) would never let a non-veteran assume their loan b/c the VA loan entitlement is not restored until that loan is paid off.
