In a last bit of drama, a few days ago the wife ditched and left with all the money, and the deadbeat husband has said he has no money, no job, and he's not leaving my property.So, it's eviction time.I contacted a lawyer and he wants between $3,500 and $6,500 to represent me.

My loan officer suggest I refinance after 6 months to get closer to 80% LTV and so that I can ditched the mortgage insurance.My contractor has offered me an opportunity to partner with him on flipping houses however I don't necessarily have the capital.

I have loved ones that have been scammed and its from their experiences that I have learned....and this is the reason for this very post.....To remind people of the dangers of doing business without proper due diligence....as far as the texts....well ....Ive been having fun buggin' the crap out of this con job...hopefully i bug him/her enough that they ditch that number or make them stop trying to dupe others....

Maybe a 4-plex that you get for $300k and rents for $1200/unit, but I don't know how many of those are in Seattle...I'd ditch the mortgage broker and start talking to local banks and credit unions.
