Why is the media so disconnected from reality and facts?

The guests disconnected wifi, so we contacted guests for it and no response.

I'm thinking my next steps could be (in random and no order, and disconnected-- looking for advice here):- start calling the properties, say I'd like to purchase their house, and see where the conversation goes.

Phone call would disconnect about every 5mins.

Believe me, I know my post sounds like something straight out of 1973, and sometimes it's even hard for me to wrap my head around, as while I'm a native to this area, I grew up largely in central coastal Florida, where prices are understandably quite disconnected from prices where I am currently.

I would love to learn the ropes of REI, however I feel there is such a disconnect between mentors and people looking to be mentored because the people looking to be mentored always feel they are going to be getting scammed or wasting money, and I'm sure any legit mentor feels that they don't want to waste time possibly mentoring someone who isn't going to benefit them.

All 3 tenants in the unit are on disability and telling me I can't kick them out in winter or basically at all because they are handicapped.I know there is a law that the power company cannot disconnect your heat in winter in Wisconsin but can you end a month to month lease??
