Didn't notice anything too overreaching.SB 332- I didn't get the full understanding of it from the digest, but its got something to do with abandoned properties in foreclosure, and having to record and post an affidavit if a property is determined to be abandonedPhillip Dwyer I think you are referring to AB 204.

The best way to get the most out of a meeting with a lender is to apply before you meet as lending is complicated and you will get more questions answered if you give the lender time to digest your situation before you meet them.

@Abel De Loera To @Rick Pozos' point, Zillow claims that in my market area, 90% of their "Zestimates" are within 20% of actual market value.Take a minute to digest that.That means that 10% of their home value estimates are wrong by more than 20%.
