Very difficult to find pros/cons or comparisons of the systems.Originally posted by @Jenna Waites:I know this thread is a few months old, but just FYI for anyone finding this considering Resimpli, the biggest issue I see with them is that their report options are TERRIBLE and they offer 0 customization to the metrics they do provide.On top of that they are a completely closed system so you can not pull your data out in any way to create useful reports or integrate with any other system.

You’ll want to invest in areas that have tenant interest but also aren't on the extreme end of neighborhood quality—this means avoiding the very toughest spots, where turnover can be high and managing tenants can be difficult.

With a natural in and use owner occupied housing, you could likely end up with 1-2 houses a year (each in a new city).The other option is when your baseball career is over, you will most likely end up back in your home town, so you could start the brrrr process there with maybe your parents checking in on the work the contractors and property managers are doing.Best of luck.

East Cleveland can be really difficult to get quality tenants and you will need a PM who knows the tenant base of that area really well......many PMs do not want to work in certain parts of that area.
