Get your management software, one that also has an SEO option. 

The only thing to be aware of is SEO cannibalization on the listing sites. 3 listings competing against each other for business (Even though it's your business) could drop each of the listings down in the search results if the conversion rate is affected by having 3 separate listings, vs. 1 listing for the combined duplex.

Doing direct mail, SEO your website and a handful of other resources can get you deals.Wholesalers (or those who claim to be) are a dime a dozen, it took several years to get my inbox from receiving so many of them.

SEO is great but be prepared to wait at least a year before anything volume goes through.

Do you have a reliable lead generation engine akin to those described by BP podcast guests who are always from the US: driving for dollars, DM campaigns, cold calling via virtual assistants, evergreen website with traffic directed from SEO paid word searches, etc?

For example, the marketing campaign will need to have x number of direct mail sent per month to these types of owners, there will need to be Pay Per Click advertising, SEO advertising, etc.

SEO is hands down the best method for lead generation no argument.
