For how long did you live there before your daughter started showing symptoms of being sick?

I have yet to see a Environmental minded  improvement that wasn't either initially cost prohibitive or the pay back time line was unrealistic.I am a senior citizen and although I accept climate change is real and the cause is obvious I am not deluded into thinking a band aid on the symptoms is of any value.

Service dogs are trained to assist people in specific things due to a disease or disability (blindness, diabetes, etc.)

A few days later the tenant complained that he was having flu like symptoms and was concerned there was a mold issue due to the brief water damage. 

I could be way off here, but in the past few years I've seen a shift from getting quality rentals (ones that have a decent chance of making returns across all four wealth generators) at a reasonable rate when the market presets opportunists  to the "freedom number" idea of REI; the idea of pulling "dead equity" out is a symptom.

I had my appendix out and from the tome I first had symptoms until I was out of surgery on my phone wasn’t 15 hours!

There are trained service dogs for people who have seizures, people with diabetes, people who are wheel chair bound. 

All Man can do is: #1) Stop the bleeding & close the wound/kill/stop the invaders #2) Cleanse the body inside & out #3) give the body the foods (nutrients) that it needs.Further research (Google was very helpful) lead me to “Alternative Doctors” who explained that most all present day “diseases” are not true diseases but “lifestyle ailments” for which pharma cannot cure and only treats the symptoms.

The only examples I could think of where a buyer could go after you post closing is if you intentionally covered up a symptom of a larger issue.

I'm currently fighting incurable terminal kidney disease stage 3 daily plus diabeties and diabetic nerve damage in both legs , along with upper and lower bulging discs in my back.
