Are there enough Property Managers with enough properties under management and deep enough vendors bench, or is it small shops13.

You also need to be in contact with a Realtor who can dig deep into the areas and numbers for you.For example, Buckeye is a very large geographic city.

The information about basic real estate investing has been democratized for quite a while, and I can't imagine there are any deep dark secrets being shared there that will get you rich quickly.
