In Ohio you can find a lot of single family in the $100-200k range or 2-4 units in the $150-400k range that do pretty well cash flow.

Thanks- Robert very challenging to wholesale commercial properties as there are a lot less than residential and most are more complex and sellers typically go through brokers and the buyers are more institutional as well.

That is enough albeit only a cheaper property and, while I don't know Florida that well, I doubt there are many in that price range.

I was thinking of starting a rent increase for my 1 bedroom tenant voucher due it being low and well under fair market value(Based on hud and zip code) but my tenant is in the process of having a caretaker for her disability and getting approved for a two bedroom voucher.
