For me, what was talked about above is nowhere near close enough for me to judge or provide an opinion on someone as just because someone changes their name (we have done it several times for different entities) or someone could be co-gp or LP in a deal but not in the limelight) does not immediately set off my radar of "omg this person is not legit or a scam artist". 

I love that this boiler room clown, Dutch "da loser" Mendenhall, titled his book Money Shackles then used it to put himself on the road to a real set of shackles.

I've been in a co-living mastermind for a year, but I'm curious how you set your business up.

But since we are still small, we (the ownership) don't have any set titles as of now.

We can't wait to see these set up.

For instance - Easter baskets, Halloween candy, fun craft beers for St Patty’s Day, tons of options for Valentine’s Day, small tree and decor set up for Christmas, etc.

In general, run the numbers, dream of exactly what you want, and build a plan so you're aiming at the target you set in front of you.

I’d recommend setting an appointment with a local lender, sitting down and going over the loan, and your options with him/her.
