It’s not fair that those people don’t have to register so everyone knows where they live but because sex offenders do it means they don’t have a right to live in nice places when all they want to do is get their life’s back on track but the rest of the world blacklists them or tries to hunt them down when it’s nobody’s business but the police and they should be the only ones who get to know where they live but the government has ruined that and put sex offenders lives at risk by putting their info out for the public even after they served their time.

Her tenant payment comes from a government entity and is $2100 per month. the house was also recently renovated so all the mechanicals are in good shape. 

If you want an in-depth view I would:- Research government statistics (population growth, median prices, appreciation, etc)- Qualitative research- Go to meetups, talk to investors (you won't find it hard to find someone investing out of state in OH)- Use softwares like rentometer, Vestmap, etc that's what I always say.

I think you are over worried about the government coming after you.

However I have experienced a lot of fraud, so govern accordingly.

If $23k is just a “hope and a prayer” then he’s going to have a very hard time producing any CREDIBLE itemized bill.  

Trying to protect their cash from inflation or government appropriation. 

In all I paid $14k to setup various entities, trusts, and government fees. 

I typically do about 90% section 8 or other government programs.
