The money is guaranteed, no one is running around with pit bulls and smoking god knows what and I get a free inspection each year by the Oakland Housing Authority or the Contra Costa Housing Authority. 

There have been some employment wins lately with the Woodward expansion in Loves Park, a new call center on State Street, and a aircraft mechanic school at the airport.  

Hello Fellow BP-ers,I am looking at a half duplex that's on the market in Contra Costa County, California.

I have several SF rentals in Contra Costa County, which I've managed myself for 9 years.Also have 1 2-story apartment/townhouse that was managed by a friend's PM company.

I put a condo plat on it.. and was going to sell them all. but then 08 happened and well we all know what happened then.... we sold it to another who finished it up.But I do like the condo plat on self storage .. and in the high end RV realm ... those folks that buy 1 mil plus coachs need places to store them .. and will pay for great storage.. kind of like what we see in Aircraft hangers.. very minimal risk to tenant destruction or non pay....

I'm a seasoned investor but looking to expand my portfolio.I've been a lurker on this website for a while but his is my first post.I've purchased properties at Trustee's Foreclosure sales (Alameda, Contra Costa and San Mateo Counties).I have a question:  Would any lender provide financing if a property was purchased all cash at Trustee's Foreclosure Sale?
