I was going to wait to build my portfolio bigger before starting an numbered company, but I'd like to hear what the BP community has to offer in words of advice.Here are the current numbers I'm working with.

I'm looking to identify a builder with the following characteristics:1) Eager to grow his/her company and reputation in the market2) Has produced at least five high quality builds in Arizona which are at least 4K sq ft  3) Has proven track record of completing builds in a timely manner4) Personal capital to allocate to projects (optional, but ideal)Please reach out to me if you or someone you know might fit these criteria. are you set that you want luxury?

I had two different companies.. one in Oakland CA circa 88 to 92 all investors all private and all 100% of funds for loans put up from the investors. 

Also, what is the preferred credit score when refinancing does it matter?

@Corey Pinch if you're a go-getter, make sure you find a company, or negotiate, that you're directly rewarded for your hustle - commissions, bonuses, etc.

Voluntary Filing: Companies can still submit BOI reports voluntarily.

To be honest, I feel good that I was able to find these myself without shelling out $150 asked by the title company. 

Its just the risk people take when they work for any other company other than themselves..
