Please forgive my newbie question regarding wholesaling,... but is it possible, or common, to put in your sales contract that it commences upon the excercising of the seperate Option contract?

I'm sure someone, somewhere has been busted, but the vast majority of people are skirting the law.If you go the remediation route, you will have to pay a licensed inspector (the contractor can not perform the test himself) to do a test before work commences.
