I always hear people say they aren’t good for really cold climates I’m in northern Pennsylvania by Lake Erie and I’ve seen them keep it toasty and comfortable well below zero atleast that’s my experience

Something to consider.MarkWe cant see ourselves living anywhere else in this political climate as we are a minority and we enjoy the diversity and the openness of California but it does come with a price I guess.

Perhaps businesses would be better served by this kind of storage as they don't care what it looks like, just whether or not it is safe and accessible.Think of your customer: if you are Joe and Jane Smith looking for a place to park your prized 1968 Camaro-SS, do you want a traditional, climate controlled roll up door that comes with a paved parking lot, security cameras, high fences, and 24/7 access, or do you want what amounts to a metal box?

Taking into account climate change, the regulatory environment and future growth (population and real estate valuations), cities like Charlotte, Nashville, Chattanooga, Atlanta, Birmingham, etc etc should win handily against costal cities or the rust belt.Ultimately the best city to invest is the city you can invest in first and the most sustainably.
