The trulia interface is extremely easy to use and provides heat maps for things like crime. 

Their interface is simple and so far they have proven very reliable.

They have a great forum that is free to browse and learn from.

Commercial properties move slower and those brokers aren't touring their clients around to browse properties in the way that homebuyers do. 

That could be OK, because they stay on my site click around browse pages and google rewards me for this.But facebook or twitter.. is horrible because if you attract the wrong traffic, people bounce and google will think your site sucks monkeyballz, and guess who will go down in ranks.That is why you want organic traffic from the right keywords.Look at my average time on page.I heard that the average time on page for investors websites is about 45 seconds.

I simply browse the property transfer section and take note of those that are selling real estate at reduced prices.

But Roof has all the essentials (good bookkeeping, property organization, late fees) with a much nicer interface, so unless you just need a ton of other things it works great.

I have family support in Charlotte, and I have reliable people I have trained to check on rental applications and interface with me/ I can also go to the area if need be to make sure things are running smoothly.

Innago has a better user interface in my opinion, but they have a pretty in depth process to get initially set up and they are still growing their abilities so don't have bi-weekly rent payments as an option yet.
