In my current case, guest is in town for a wedding, has been there a night, and just reached out to me today to inform me that someone in her group brought a service dog. 

After 5 years cash flow, even in Vegas barely brought in $600-$800/mo per property.

If objections are brought up during a listing presentation, this can easily be corrected/resolved. 

Subtracting money I put down in earnest and closing costs on one deal that I doubled closed (made $50k on it) brought in around $73k in profit.

The majority of fair housing lawsuits are brought by tenants with disabilities.  

We brought 20% to the table.

As far as a reasonable fee, I'd say it has to do with the value brought, and product level produced.

It looked like I could pull off some very compelling numbers by buying new mobile homes and having them brought into lots in certain areas.
