Doesn't David Greene have a Mortgage Brokerage, Real Estate Brokerage, Spartan "Mastermind Program" and books to sell?

A transaction broker/agent represents nobody.

If it is commercial real estate, I would look at the reports put out by the major brokerages. 

I recently passed my real estate license and am looking to join a brokerage.

I do the same stuff I do here in the brokerage office and for the agents around me, just ask em, but obviously the reach is far more limited, right.

To my understanding in PA you need to get the 75 hours of training, pass the national/state exams to get licensed, and then associate with a brokerage.

I was interested in commercial and investment property, so joined a mid size commercial brokerage as a broker - associate.Most brokers/agents at that time, even more so than today, did not “specialize’, at least with very specific parameters.
