You need a broader knowledge of transactions and know which one to apply to the property you locate, otherwise, you're always trying to put a round peg in a square hole and it may not fit.RE is not complicated, but you're trying to get information in the wrong place IMO.

not sure about NM but what I've seen are some upgrades and additions help sell the home for more money and some upgrades and additions help sell home quicker or appeal to a broader or more specific buyer pool.

This is probably a broader question, but it really relates to some things like the appraisal, you may have to pay $5,000 for an appraisal, $3,000 for the phase I environmental report, $2,000 for an ALTA survey, you may have a nominal application fee: it all depends on your loan size,For commercial investments in industrial in 2022, they're very hot and heavy, so I don't think borrowers have to spend much for upfront fees.Do I get a copy of my lender reports?
