Who's name is the lease in, tenant or insurance company?

This is one of the biggest things that people dont think about when they decide to skip hiring a GC.Become a familiar face with your local planning and zoning board/committee.

The building tradesmen are busy too, but I just called ABC and got the name of a guy who buys alot of bitumen roofing so as to get a quote on a leaky patio cover, got a guy to bid cement board skirting on a stick house by calling Palm Harbor mfgr home sales center, got a card from a guy working across the street doing drywall repair and put it in my phone.

My biggest hurdle is we are going to buy 600-800 properties this year and I want to be the #1 buyer.

If you’re interested in assuming a VA loan, you will be required to purchase the home in your name and have enough cash to cover the seller’s equity in the home.

The biggest thing with this is if something major happens are you legally covered if the unit is illegally rented.

What’s your biggest concern right now?

So I wonder if I can sell my home in Idaho, purchase the new one under my personal name, then how many months or years must pass before I can setup an LLC as the owner of my primary residence, or if you think that will be a good idea?
