I haven't seen any statistics to this effect and I don't think any has necessarily been compiled but I bet I wouldn't exaggerate if I state that 95% of the value of real estate in Southern Spain or at least the province of Andalucia is in the Costa del Sol.

In my opinion, that is a riskier bet because you have to have a big pile of cash for contingencies.  

I will look through all of the major platforms (Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Zillow, etc.) and see how much furnished MTR units are going for.

The debt may not report to your personal credit (unless you are late on or miss payments, then all bets are off)2.

The owner needs to know you are solid, a good bet.

This platform is designed to greatly assist you in networking and gaining knowledge about real estate.

Your best bet would be to find a portfolio lender whose niche aligns with your investment strategy. 

I am betting a lot of media is going to be coming out of how under insured people were because to be fully covered was "too expensive".

BP has a lot of great CPAs on the platform that you'll see answering a lot of BPers questions.

Sounds like their combined income likely beats your other tenants.Your gut is probably your best bet and you need to go with it.
