I had done a pre/post inspection with the tenants with all the items that needed attention/repairs.

I am just an average Joe trying to sell our house to investors (ski resort town three hours east of SF if anyone is interested) - I just wanted to check in and see: Is it common for an investor to insist on entering into a contract before they inspect (where they have 2 weeks to inspect and cancel if they don’t like what they see & if they do they will close within one month)?

@Joshua Loh The process of buying a PRE-foreclosure home is pretty much the same as it is for buying any other home.

It's well known for its history, art galleries, Santa Fe Opera, upscale hotels & resorts, top notch restaurants, skiing and outdoor recreation.

The information given for a pre-foreclosure off market lead was incorrect.

Make sure your lending is solid and you submit a pre-approval letter with the offer this will help the seller know you have the money to close.  

Definitely worth connecting for a pre qual call as well if you haven't already done so. 

I can slowly get the money / 0 APR first year cc/ ask friends and family to borrow.

This is tedious, cumbersome and annoying, but a better use of time and energy then analyzing a property, seeing it, speaking with the listing broker or getting a pre qualification.

Any other place you guys can suggest to get a pre filled wholesale contract?
