OneSite really shines with the data analytics.

It is very analytical and really for larger deals than what I'm looking at but may be good for you. 

Most of my client base are local and out of state investors that we cater to and we run in depth analytics for them to see the potential growth from the "big picture".

I think David does a great job and I like his analytical distillation of a point.

I think the airdna analytics may be a little low because there are not many short term rentals in the area.
