If you are going to stay local and considering a condo, you really have to look at fixer condos and at least 3 bedrooms for it to have potential.

It is a 6 bedroom and while I see a couple of sales in that 1.6 to 1.8 for 5 or 6 bedroom in that size, that seems to be few and far between.  

I would love to start real estate investing, and I am thinking of house-hacking a 2-bedroom condo in Miami as there seems to be a good amount of units delivering in the Brickell area.

But we're also finding a high demand for 1 bedroom relatively inexpensive stays like studio apartments. 

My side also has a small bonus room that could be an additional bedroom if needed.

I made the layout more user friendly, added a whole wall of closets in the main bedroom, totally gutted kitchen and bath.

I'm looking to sell one of them - a 2 bedroom 1 bath thats rented for $850 with a lease in place until next July. 

It’s only a 2 Bed/1 Bath, but it’s 1,450 square feet with a laundry room (which could be turned into a 3rd bedroom), has a bonus sunroom, and 2-car garage.

.- Get a list of active properties in a zipcode with filters (number of bedrooms, bathrooms, price etc)

But… we already had that requirement; houses with four or more bedrooms have needed an approval for extra bedrooms for a few years now.All that to say, I’ve been watching it closely and even I have no clear answers on what’s what.
