Are there any freelance or part-time jobs a new real estate agent can align him/her self with to take the edge off of their financial responsibilities while starting out? Should a new agent in a smaller Nebraskan city...

As I mentioned above I have a number of cards that sit idle while only a few carry a balance at an intro rate and then I use one as a personal credit card, one as a gen. business card, and then one specific to a property at a time.

I'm sure there is a ruling from Judge Judy in here somewhere but if all you are getting is nasty emails, I would just ride out the storm, sell the property and move on with your next investment

If you believe landlords should and can charge for their time try watching some of the e "judge Judy" type reality court shows on TV.

Correct me if I’m wrong, it looks like it sold in 2001 for 74000 and sold in Judy 2017 for $10? 

But what happens to the thousands of joes and Judy’s out there that were tricked into thinking RE will give them the life they’ve always dreamed of?
