The course has broken website links, broken video links, and there was very little to no actual teaching going on between the student and instructor unless you would be willing to pay even more for that 1-on-1 training.

Hi @Scott Trench as a Bigger Pockets Pro member for about eight years, I would love it if you brought back the traditional Bigger Pockets Pro member signature line with website please.

I think though now with this new law it gives the state an easy track to regulate compliance  IE you either gave the disclosures or you did not you either have the disclosures on your website and marketing or you dont.. be very cut and dry for enforcement.

All information from podcasts, books, seminars, and websites is general knowledge.

I’ll try and remember to look on the city’s website for a copy of the new ordinances. 

Since Zillow doesn’t allow live links in messages (even links to articles on their own site), it’s also challenging to direct people to my own website, where integrating a chatbot would be much simpler and more effective.
