How about a 4K TV as a house warming gift?

People tend to believe what they see on the television whether it is true or not and most people just want to be lazy and tends to do investments late and how it is reported on TV which tends to be believed too much.

As far as the back door: I have noticed on TV shows that homes in Florida and Texas, etc. often have doors that open out.

The "HGTV Effect" where everyone with zero relevant experience wants to be a flipper "as seen on tv" can cause a lot of industry insider eyes to glaze over, myself included from time to time, granted. 

If someone walks out with your TV or whatever, theres proof.

They are probably just watching some spooky TV show and getting freaked out.
