One unit has 3 vehicles alone, with a few visitors the parking gets pretty tight rather quickly.

Stay on top of them to be sure they're not trashing your place and put them on MTM and the minute they are late, cancel their lease and get them out.We have higher end properties where I would never do that because they could stiff us for more money, but for the lower end ones, yeah, we'll do it.My only concern with dancer applicants is generally the kind of people they hang around, and the potential for visitors that are unwelcome or causing trouble at the property.

I am going to be living on site and am nervous because I don't want constant visitors for every little thing.  

There are also visitor spots close by they can use, but the HOA requires cars in those spaces to be moved at least once every 3 days.The first town house was up for rent and I had a family move in during September.  

Maybe they have frequent visitors with kids.

By that, not only have lots of "stuff" but continually changing and evolving to drive more visitors to come back more often.

The 4th Ave location is labeled business 8 and has many smaller shopping centers and local restaurants that make it a better selection for air bnb than most of the rest of yuma west of 4th ave which is primarily family neighborhoods without any real attractions for visitors to enjoy.Also, the main street location would be the closest to the Quechan Casino on the Arizona and California border.
