I think one of the attractions to the TV guru's and that's what i call the 10 or so that do infomercials and huge budgets and travel the country.. like snap flip.. than..

One of my favorite entertaining aspects to do when I can is to find a real estate seminar in my area and find out how many of those people are there because they see it on TV and think to myself I can do that- how wrong is that mentality.

Biggest lesson learned is to have pictures of your TV and DVD remote controls on your phone, so that you can reference them when trying to explain to a guest how to use them.
