The viewer investors you have the better. 

I think one of the attractions to the TV guru's and that's what i call the 10 or so that do infomercials and huge budgets and travel the country.. like snap flip.. than.. 

These are probably big fans of Flip or Flop and watching TV can make it look easy. :) 

I have no advice other than there are plenty of deals out there that don't involve this daytime TV drama nonsense.

One of my favorite entertaining aspects to do when I can is to find a real estate seminar in my area and find out how many of those people are there because they see it on TV and think to myself I can do that- how wrong is that mentality.

That only works on Million Dollar Listing on TV..

Biggest lesson learned is to have pictures of your TV and DVD remote controls on your phone, so that you can reference them when trying to explain to a guest how to use them. 

Re-hab’d for a partner in Sacto, CA back in the 80s - before Fix-N-Flip existed on TV - he had the money, I had the construction skills.  

I'd ALWAYS see these commercials, with people telling the viewers their success stories and how easy it is to get involved with real estate and make thousands of dollars, etc etc.
