I agree with you, and and @Jay Hinrichs  Analyzing rentals isn't brain surgery. 

Most I can say is they are VERY heavy and I'm not sure the floor can be flush after w/o major surgery.  

I have a unique situation where I may be medically retired from my government job due to an on the job injury (back surgery/nerve damage) I am still able to do physical things but may not be able to stay in the job based upon it's requirments (Law Enforcement).

But, then neither is heart surgery.) 

Again, not rocket surgery, but where having a knowledgeable guide is imperative.The bottom line is that you get full control and flexibility.

Now, I was in good health and had scheduled my preventative surgery that was set to happen just 2 days before of my collapse.

I have shouldered $1200 my portion from work ins, and my wife had a few surgeries and AFTER my co pays and monthly $1200 per month I still had $25,000 out of pocket.

There's no brain surgery to this process, but it really helps to have someone lay it all out for you.
