Investors cannot bid on it anymore  (and I checked my original bid submission and it is INV for investor - when I went to put in a new bid from the link of this morning's email and was reviewing info it had me marked an an OO for this next round of bidding ).

It can also cost more money if the individual needs to outsource article writing, submission campaigns, videos etc.To get a good price, I'd say see what someone with a good portfolio charges on elance or ask the moz community.Regardless of who you choose, I would keep these things in mind:1.

If you are looking for a quicker answer to your loan request, take the time needed to put together a complete submission to the lender, including all of the information the lender has asked for.

The piece of info I can offer from the mortgage lending perspective is that your documents and credit report and are typically only good for 90 days from the time of submission, so if you submitted for a pre qualification 14 days before you are under contract, then you have 76 days those documents would be valid, and if you're approval has expired, then you can use the contingency of getting out of the contract due to denial of financing.
