I re-read the whole contract yesterday and don't see it saying explicitly anywhere that it's limited.

Re reading your post, you're looking to get or use cash to invest I see and maybe I didn't give the answer you were looking for.

I just re-read and see that you just did the FHA in January, so you probably aren't wanting to wait a year to make another move here to do 5% down.
