Paying over the asking price seems usual in the Republic of Cali, I'd think Ga, is more like Mo. with more prudent buyers and less demand. :)

@Jackie: Yes you are correct, im currently in the Dominican Republic, as far as the rules go, the only way to prospect here is by vacation rentals.
