I am a realtor  what's the exit value on the house?

The way Realtors never want to think it will go down.

We want our kids to be able to be close to our families, so ideally, we visit Oahu a few months every year.I spoke with a few realtors and it seems like the best investment would be the condo hotel as they are legal Airbnb/STR.

While I’d love to invest locally, most properties here are beyond my price range.Right now, I’m compiling a list of potential properties, underwriting deals, and reaching out to Realtors.

Our realtor found it, we were able to talk the seller down by $10,000.

The partners between a realtor like myself (proficient in renovation experience), a general contractor, usually a loan consultant to support the buyer and the lender, (along with a buyer and seller of course) are the parties involved.I come across so many homes perfect for 203k or HomeStyle buyers, on and off-market, it isn't funny.

Since I am a Realtor, I represented myself in this transaction.

Thanks for the replying @Shiloh Lundahl, here’s what I’m looking for: good areas to invest, good resources to find properties, general information about the buying process, any realtors and other locals that can help, and expected returns in the area for STR.

Attempted several payoff figures but she was a Realtor and had a bad year and therefore  no money. 

My wife is a Top 50 Realtor who works with investors.
