I even took one down a while back from the amount of threats from one of these mortgage fraud guys in Metro Atlanta. 

Hi @Daniel Jodrey,The Portland Metro market still has opportunities, you just have to look a little harder here.

I am a realtor and investor in the greater Charlotte metro area.

I think the New England coast will continue to outpace many other metro areas in for job & population growth in the next 10+ years.
