VC funding has slowed to a trickle, Many internet stocks are plumeting in value (Look at Linkedin, Yelp, FitBit, Twitter, Groupon, etc.) 

I try to give LinkedIn, Twitter and FB preferential attention.  

My partner loves the instagram page, I am more of a Linkedin person.Gino

I haven't spoken to him about business entities but his linkedIn says he knows something about it.

Or If  you have a friend with MLS access or know an agent you trust they can look at the tax records online.Either way contacting on Facebook is an option if you do it privately, but try to add him as a friend first or you could look for him on linkedin.

In the days of linkedin, instant credit check, quick employment and salary verification (even IRS transcripts is going online), I think I have to start accepting VERIFIED tenants on the spot so as to not leave premium money on the table.
