We specialize in remodels in the North Lake Tahoe area and rarely take on projects in Truckee. 

Well since I spent the better part of 40 years in Bay area and 15 specifically in Napa Valley and the last 20 in Lake Oswego and have done a ton of business in Yamhill county and own property in mac and all over the foothills when I was logging.

I look at our direct competition and we are still the best value on the lake for the space.

I currently have a llc in Illinois but will begin construction for a str on kentucky lake.

We initially set up an LLC in Delaware - but now we want to buy property in the Lake Tahoe area so either CA or NV.  

I have a few in Salt Lake city/Northern utah!

Also remember to consider the positioning within the resort - does it have a lake or forest view?

I used to live in Lake County and worked on a project in Grass Valley so I would drive highway 20 frequently. 

The great lakes region is considered a climate heaven.
