That is something I would for sure have to look into as, according to your post, it seems like the timeline for mid-term rentals kind of lines up with the amount of time that we would be gone each year, which would work out well and probably require less of a hassle of trying to maintain the property after each stay for Air BnB.

I see that kind of structure (maybe different splits or thresholds) with first time LPs - it's generally simpler and easier to understand.

If you're not sure, do a road trip across the state, visit some of these areas and see what 'vibe' fits with you more.

This kind of legislation discourages good investors and people who enjoy coming in and helping to stabilize communities.

I would visit local meetups for real estate investing, and also network with agents in your area that work with a lot of investors.

I have researched the different kinds of loans for this but I would love to speak with any lenders or other investors in this area.
