Where I would ultimately like to end up is with multiple properties that I rent out, even on an international level, as I love to travel.In order to achieve my goal: What strategies could you all recommend?

I have no degree in either, and currently do not have the funds to attend college to get a degree in either.

My oldest is 18, in her first semester of college, and should be house hacking in 2025.

The location of the property is near a college and the setup is very similar to college apartments.

Also, the state of formation is likely where internal disputes would be brought among LLC members, so if you and a partner and/or spouse live in CA, you probably want to arbitrate in CA if the two of you had a disagreement.
