The most interesting jobs are on the interface between jobsites and the office.

The interface is very intuitive as well and tenants get reminders of due rent, etc via e-mail  helping automate the process.

For me, though, I use the low tech, no amenities interfaces from county data dumps because I am old school.

While I did not suffer loss, I found them difficult to work with: the web interface was kludgy, document requirements were presented in piecemeal fashion, and documents sent over their “secure” connection were lost, leading to delay.

Tenants have not had any issues logging into Cozy to submit applications or to pay rent, as the interface is easy to use.

It's not for everyone, but it does have a lot of benefits if done properly / ethically like others have stated.One benefit I would add that I haven't seen mentioned yet: some capital raisers have relationships with multiple Operators, not only does this offer stronger deal flow like mentioned previously, but it also provides one interface for folks who want to invest in multiple deals/asset classes/Sponsors, i.e. one person to go through for anything and everything related to all of your investments.

I found their data to be so-so and the interface to require a lot of time to work with.
