Deep down in your belly you really think this works out.This thread is similiar to the girl who quit her job and is hell bent on wholesaling.   

I guess one of the girls that lives there now is not good with money and is getting the electric turned off.

Add to that that I am giddy like a school girl on prom night so I probably need more research before I take that plunge completely!!!! 

(FYI - 20 AMP breakers in houses with 3 teenage girls are not a good idea.)

one guy got 5 years in state prison for that little scheme. its a very dangerous model for those with limit money.. just like the other guy said in FLA you can end up in jail.. well you certainly can in Oregon if your scheme was to be a bad boy or girl .

I am a 40+ year old husband and father of two amazing girls whois super excited to learn about real estate.

The plan was that I was going to take care of our girls for a year while we settled in and I figured out what to do.

i am beginner in real estate 20 y. o. girl and i started with foreclosure auction, sheriff sales in Pittsburgh.
