Good schools, low crime, great boating community with the canals and gulf access, and it's being discovered by Europeans, Canadians and the northern folks like me.  

I guess it's only normal for Europeans.

The management company has been handicapped by supply chain and travel disruptions, which primarily prevented European students from fulfilling their summer lifeguard and hospitality jobs, but vacation demand has been on pace to meet or exceed prior year levels (per the management company). 

We actually do a virtual European meetup once a month.

One of the quintessential European cities would be Barcelona, Spain.

This visa is intended for citizens from outside the European Union.

Although I don't like the idea of giving anyone differant lending practices based on skin color, I wonder if that would hold up to a fair housing lawsuit as it does discriminate against whites, minority immigrants from european countries, etc.

that wouldn't be 30% it would more likely be 70% , go to a couple European countries that have some of those programs.
