If anyone is concerned about the Due on Sale because of interest rates being higher, look who owns the loan and who the servicer is, I hear often people saying that the Bank will call low interest loans just to get a higher interest, the money from the mortgage is from a hedge fund or a Government back mortgage (gets deeper but just as an example), I would never see any other money provider just targeting Subject to's for the sake of the deed changing names.If someone is concerned about the DOS Clause then they need to convert that energy into education.

My friend said his client nearly bailed when she found unexpected wiring issues behind the kitchen walls..apparantly the seller hadn’t touched that electrical since the Reagan era..but with a patient electrician who understood the local code and a carpenter who improvised a shelving trick in the diningrom, they ended up selling above asking.Flipping and building can get tricky, especially once you start thinking bigger.

an inspector will tell you everything wrong with a property, from the minor to the major. so if the inspection report finds a bunch of electrical issues, yes, you'd need an electrician to tell you whether they are $200 fixes or $2000.
