There are layers of old roof and eves in the area above the ceilings, even an entire porch roof in one house. 

There is SO MUCH my PM does that I don't eve hear about - you don't even know the headaches they save me.

Make sure that I dont have any paint on the eves that looked chipped or peeling.

She  ended up having to deal with one of our tenants not paying, along with plumbing and HVAC issues at our home while I was in the hospital. 30 hours of no power right before XMas, and luckily my electrician saved Xmas by hooking up a generator for us for heat as it was 5 degrees outside Xmas eve day. 

When I say that’s all that I do, let me tell you what to expect in the life of a landlord and all that they do. 3 am Christmas Eve Tenants call-Furnace went out.I get up, phone calls made, emergency call, expensive triple overtime to the Heating Contractor, Tenant has heat.

The storms that came through the Smokies last Christmas Eve knocked two down on our road.
