She  ended up having to deal with one of our tenants not paying, along with plumbing and HVAC issues at our home while I was in the hospital. 30 hours of no power right before XMas, and luckily my electrician saved Xmas by hooking up a generator for us for heat as it was 5 degrees outside Xmas eve day.
