As far as color goes, we like a light khaki or tan color.

It's has tans and browns so nice mix and looks real nice with our typical tan walls.

And the corner office he's been coveting for the last six years has LED tracklights, not the nasty fluorescent troffers that highlight the little pale marks under his eyes left by the stupid eyeshields at his favorite tanning salon.Then along come you and your broker, Bill Dengler.

Hi @Geo Tan thanks for the "welcome aboard!"

The tub was tan but because it was large and good quality, I decided to not remove it.

I use it as fuel for my "F-U get out of my way before I destroy you with a 11" regular desert tan side kick" mentality.

These properties are in Tolleson and San Tan Valley, so the rents aren't as high, nor have they grown as fast as Phoenix metropolitan proper.
